I need omen set up.
Omen is all about damage, so I need defense with MWD and Pulse laser.

I've been having a lot of fun with this design:
lows:
3x heat sink II
the rest with tracking enhancer II
mids:
2x tracking computer II with speed scripts
1x warp disruptor
highs:
5x FMP II with scorch and conflag crystals
why?
This design has amazing tracking. It EATS interceptors and nano tanked frigs and does 300 odd dps at 20km IIRC. No tank to speak of so you have to avoid attacking anything too big unless you're in a gang but it's hysterical to fly because you get so many "WTF" reactions. It's an excellent compliment to a BC or even another cruiser like a vexor that's likely to get primary.
