Perfect support/alt character. Can scan probe, jam and mission (9.3 standing with rep fleet). Flies the best support craft in the game Falcons and Rapiers.

I like your skill setup and your stats, very nice.
But ( yes I'm a carebear blah blah etc) that sec status of -7 would take forever to grind out to above -2. Aren't most good mission agents are located in high sec space or send you there for missions? Do you run missions with this guy at all and where can you do it without getting jumped by Concord or any other player that feels like lighting you up (outlaw status) for that matter?
I realize this is a pvp gang support type pilot, but you obviously got a 9.3 standing with Rep Fleet somehow. And your mix of missile and drone skills does suggest some inclination to pve as well.
Question, while under outlaw status can you retaliate against an attacker without taking a further sec status hit?
Again I like the Character and I am considering bidding, but that sec status smarts.

I use a low sec hub with two very high quality level 4 agents. It doesn't send me to high sec at all. I tend to use the fact that there are two agents there to decline the 5-10% of missions that send me out of system (even though it's only to more low sec) since you're most vulnerable traveling between systems.
If someone aggresess you first (which they can do without penalty until you're -4.9) you can fire back on them without sec loss or penalty. This includes destroying them. The sentry guns also will not aggress you for this.
I generally carry 5 medium jam drones and 5 light dmg drones for added survivability. Mostly you just need to be a little more aware of your surroundings. It's very easy to redock, use undock points, be aware of local and have jam drones as back up. I didn't find it to be a big deal. In another 2.0 sec decrease you probably won't notice it at all, since players will be unable to freely aggress you. Then it will just be the high sec restrictions and they will fall away as you continue to mission.
Convo me in game and we can talk some. I understand the sec status is a negative to bidders and that's a big reason why the price is so good on such a skilled character. You're getting a deal for the SP because of the -7.0 sec.
