Title pretty much says it all 
My skills are all Caldari, with most being in Missiles, Spaceship command, learning and electronics. I am "Recons I" away from flying a falcon with good EWar spec skills, I can also pilot a fully t2 fitted torp/cruise raven  I can also fly hulks, but I doubt I'll be needing one 
Short-term I'm going to working my 'medium' missile skills up to T2, and sorting out recons and logistics. Longer-term I'm looking to fly Widow and carriers.
Ideally the corp I join will have prime activity between 1500 and 2100 eve time, and participate in low-sec/0.0 roaming and/or empire wars. Ideally I'd like to be able to keep my sec status > -2.0 as my main income is from missions.
To summarize:
What I can offer
ò An extra, capable hand in PvP ops, whether as support or as dps.
ò Assistance with mining ops such as ice mining for POS fuel.
ò Activity - I can offer mainly consistent activity between 1700 and 2100 eve time all week, when there's stuff to do
What you can offer me
ò Activity - I'm really looking for an active PvP corp, I want to be able to log in and either join a gang in progress or have no issue setting one up.
ò Liberal atmosphere - I like to be able to speak my mind, smack is not for public channels, but it's nice to vent frustrations in corp chat. ***** jokes are good.
ò Freedom - I want to PvP, however when I've ran out of ISK I want to be able to mission/whatever it back up, I don't want to have to join 'mandatory' ops in something useless like a frig, when I could instead have something more useful next time.
ò No typical 0.0 sovereignty blob/POS wars. This rules out most major alliances
As a final note I have no moral stance on Piracy vs PvP.
Hope someone can help me out

We are based in NPC 0.0 which keeps the number of POS wars down...

It sounds to me like IQ-A might have what you're looking for. We're a corporation with membership split between the EU and US. Our current operations are in Delve, as part of the Skunk-Works Alliance. We're allied with BoB and the GBC, which gives all our pilots access to PvP on a 23/7 basis (ranging from small gangs, to larger fleet roams to the POS/Blob warfare you expressed some disgust in). Our focus, as a corp, is on small/fast roaming gangs. We run scheduled corporate operations and will also be expanding our ops to alliance wide roams soon. Another active and willing pilot would be a welcome addition.
