And God is cunning. One might think that the frontier is safe and clear from his intrigues and influence. One might look at the open skies and endless stars and imagine that freedom is within the grasp and hope, but then one day a group of starships will find you and announce in local "this space is ours, pay a toll and submit or be destroyed" and you will know that God's will is contagious and carried like a vermin-plague in the psyche of the weak and the credulous to begin the twisted stuff of hierarchy all over again in the virgin territories of possibility.
Freedom is not just some coffee-shop principle to be discussed by blue rinse glamour stars in old Yulai. It's not some trendy principle to write sassy lyrics about in some teen-bop holovid girlband sensation. Neither is freedom an easy lover to complement your wisdom and sensitivity and essential enlightened perfection, in flawless relationships and satisfying safe reality.
Freedom is a barbed-wire dream of agony and yearning. Freedom is a wide-bore firearm clutched in shaking hands and pointed close at the face of God. Freedom is a siren scream to pierce the heart and banish ease and complacency forever. Freedom is the memory of sweet and addictive possibility that becomes encompassing obsession: a brutal march of inevitable destruction of all that stands against her burning eyes and driving song.
The Star Fraction
The Star Fraction is a tight-knit, roving PVP roleplay alliance dedicated to terrorizing and destroying the enemies of freedom. The Star Fraction's founding corporation, Jericho Fraction, is currently seeking mature pilots with an appetite for enduring revolution and bright acts of creative destruction.
We have no desire to hold territory or allow a static infrastructure to impede us. We are under no obligation to police or restrict space and maintain no interest in POS deployment contests and tedious blob warfare. The Star Fraction is a highly mobile and ideologically motivated guerrilla warfare operation that prizes flair and courage alongside tactical skill and innovative combined ops strategies. Small unit engagement and rapid tactical response is our specialty: combat where the individual has an opportunity to shine and pilot skill truly matters.
Jericho Fraction is a corporation of wide fame and notoriety with a long history of fighting imperialism, territorialism and statism stretching back five years to the now legendary opening months of the capsuleer diaspora. Jericho Fraction has a recruitment policy that does not discriminate against newer players on the basis of skill points and experience alone, but expects enthusiasm, personality and revolutionary fervor alongside the commitment to fight hard for the cause of capsuleer liberation. With an active community, a vibrant voice server, a kind and friendly atmosphere, and occasional real-life gatherings, Jericho Fraction seeks to enhance its members relationships by developing camaraderie and teamwork. I joined Star Fraction only a few months ago and doing so was probably the best decision I've made in Eve. You get to fly with some superlatively skilled and experienced pilots, sometimes against fearful odds and quite often using tactical innovations that most people would consider completely crazy. The atmosphere is one of mutual respect between free individuals fighting for a cause and as such, is far more appealing to me, and perhaps to you, than being at the low end of the food-chain in some massive territorial alliance run for the benefit of a small ruling clique and fighting boring POS wars to support the economic needs of their Titans.

I can personally vouch for their ruthlessness and PvP skills...unfortunately.
But more importantly, they are a good bunch of folks. Competent opponents, sure, but they have what so many seem to lack...they've got class.

How about no more senseless violence? We have a definite purpose in EVE, something very few alliances offer. We don't do anything unless it fulfills some purpose or sense in backstory terms, in role playing terms.
What this does is bring more richness and enjoyment to the EVE experience, we also have much less (little to none) alliance or corp drama than I've experienced before, which is a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

There is no senseless violence in Eve. What you 'claim' to offer just seems to be an excuse to kill noobs... such as your stint in FW. I'd rather be with an alliance with a stronger purpose than "fantasy" and/or "make-believe". Where there are real goals and objectives that affect the map, make change, and have clear goals that CAN be achieved. Unless killing noobs is your goal, then I'm sure SF is for you.
