Kayne Darklight Dark Nexxus	Posted - 2008.04.21 23:22:00 - [1] Who we are - Dark Nexxus (no it`s not a spelling mistake, CCP had an old entry in their database for Dark Nexus, and I was too lazy to change it after I was playing with names during creation). What we are - A recently re-organised mature corp of relaxed and laid back members. We`re mainly EU time zones, with some in American time zones. Mostly blessed with a dark, sarcastic, and cynical sense of humour (well, I am anyway). What we do - Pretty much everything and anything Eve lets us do, trading/industry/missions/ratting/pvp/griefing miners/stalking macros. Sometimes, feet up and listening to the asteroids fall prey to our mining lasers is relaxing, sometimes, it`s mindnumbingly boring...so that`s when we go shoot people. We play Eve to have fun, and if that means ruining someone else`s by blowing them up...well, that`s just the way it goes... What we don`t - Take Eve too seriously...it is a game after all (beers, pool games and real women come first). No real interest in alliance POS wars or politics at this time so spies, no need to apply...no-one of interest to spy on. What I look for in members - A sense of humour. Literacy, seriously, idiot speak gets annoying. Yes, I know that many people in the world don`t have English as a first language, they`re exempt from any harsh words I have to say, (and many I know have good English as a second or third language, which beats my one). I also look for an imaginative, yet easily typed or pronounced name, bonus points if I can do it after a beer or two. Who to contact - me, in a convo or evemail, or join our public channel DNX

Survived the Sun Koshi river, then a 16 hour bus ride back to Kathmandu (mostly on roads still under construction, so very bumpy and dodging heavy plant.) At one point we ran the `Jungle Corridor` which has armed bandits, so we did it in a convoy, at high speed, and since we were the lead bus we had a squad of armed soldiers on board. I fly home tomorrow, so should be back online in Eve within 48 hours, yay!!! Kerovan and Silentskills, thanks for the interest and bumpage, if you haven`t already chatted with any of the Corp, I`ll look you up when I get back.

Anyways, I did the training missions and had some fun, but I get the impression this game is basically made for the corporation interaction. After talking to strangers in Local chat, they directed me to this forum. This corporation really stood out to me because it looks like you guys have the same sort of playing style as me. Like I said before, I can't offer much yet (like, under 900,000 skill points here...) but I am interested in joining your group. I don't take up a lot of space and I rarely complain.

PvP I'm okay with, mostly self defense. Griefing, if I understand this term correctly, is totally out. It's hard to describe me. I'm neither a veteran or a newb. I can't recall how many skill points or how much money my main character has acquired. I started playing years ago. Although when precisely I'm not sure. Since then I came back to the game occasionally. Staying for months or so. I'm currently coming back into the game waiting for my client to patch after having renewed my subscription.
