Course he was saying that from inside the pos bubble we were killing so I am not sure how accurate it was. First, Scalar is not controlling Pure Blind RQH Pipe, TRI does. Scalar is just controlling on paper, when you attack that space, consider that you attack TRI. It is entrance to their space, of course they will come when you bring caps around their jump range. TRI can remove Scalar in a heartbeat, they are not doing it because Darknesss has some personal friends over there. There are some among Scalar that's been living in that area for 3 years now under different flags/corporations, consider that DOOM. was a pirate corp and Darknesss used to hunt on those parts, he has some old friends from past of course. Even those some of them are his old friends, he refuses to give them blue standings because of TRI alliance policy (no blues, many targets). But you can expect to be attacked by TRI anytime you bring cap to those parts of space. Free cap kills is an opportunity that no big alliance would miss no matter who you call. Second, Scalar has money beyond your imagination and I guess you can imagine a bit. Don't judge anyone by size. They can hire any merc corp in EVE, just name it. Expect anyone. Third, Some of them suck at pvp and no matter how we tried to teach them, they didn't learn. The 22 bil-30 bil etc. damages you talking about are probably from same people like Draca Longen, he is like Tyrax T, famous for losing expensive ships and fittings. Forth, There have been struggle within Scalar before even you come down there. It's not that some corps are leaving because of you or something. Don't try to get credit for things that is not connected with your arrival. Fifth, Even you remove all Scalar posses, TRI will never let you get those 2x Promethium moons. Beside those moons, that region is useless rat-wise, mine-wise, exploration-wise. Good luck.

It just read as if he got pulled in to a bubble between two POS, rather than at a POS.

However, if Scalar does think it's such a waste, and Tri owns the moons, why exactly are they pouring isk out like a flood to keep it? I know Scalar has a fortune. Even if most of Eve is hired and we lose the war, we fought, and we definitely are causing multiple billions compared to what we are losing. KB wise shows you former guys roughly 8B lost vs 2.5. Although I never fought you, I will give your curse pilot props for putting up some solid fights and being one of the few Scalar guys how seems to know how to fly Either way, the war is fun, we get to shoot stuff and get shot at. I think they havent wiped you out cause the space is not worth it personally. You are right about Draca, he goes through CS like a new pilot goes through T1 frigs in learning pvp. Everyone leaving, hard to say, wars been on for a while, corps start leaving and getting kicked, no way to prove that regardless. Looked like it was due to the wars, if not, same effect. Either way, GL to your corp, even though you are out of Scalar, I suspect you guys will be out in that space anyway fighting so cya there :)

Kira Pasisson M'8'S Frontal Impact	Posted - 2008.04.22 18:49:00 - [58] Edited by: Kira Pasisson on 22/04/2008 18:49:57 well, scalar.....we raided their systems for over two months, camping their gates every evening/night, and yes, it was ridiculous what went on there, concerning intel, pvp, whatever. if one claims to hold 00 space, the one should be able to defend it. scalar is not. our attacks on them stopped after they hired invicta. as they were doing an excellent job, but if any senseful coordinated alliance attacks scalar, scalar will vanish (as long as they dont get massive tri-support). so good luck SONE, they simply do not earn this 00 space, not as the alliance they are. probably they have some good players, but well, an alliance which takes a wyvern T1 equipped into pvp with 3(!!!!!) empty med slots.....no more comments, not even about that faction nighthawk belonging to the scalar ceo who thought jump range is 20km :P :P :P. regards kira

Did you know that for 3 months we couldn't war dec them? CCP didn't fix this bug till we emailed Internal Affairs. Anyway during that time they hired 4 pirate corps to declare war on us, may have hired Invicta for a 6 week war (although I don't believe that myself, I'm sure it was Invicta spin) and managed to lose a T1 fit Wyvern to our HAC gang. At one point they declared war on us, which was a hilarious mistake on their part. We killed more of their solo haulers in one week than killed any of our ships in 3 months. As for why do Tri back them up, it's simple... iskies. Ignore everything the Tri guys are saying in this thread, Scalar gave them a 6 bill a month moon recently. Not only can I tell you which and what they are mining but I can even tell you when they gave it to them. Scalar do have deep pockets and can hire the best mercs, as you've found out. But they've given their best moons to Tri in recent months so their money making ability has decreased, sooner or later those wallets are going to run dry and then they're dead.
