Fierce Competition	Posted - 2008.04.23 21:01:00 - [1] Sparta, Cora, and O**** are gone with VSQ soon to follow. Let me join the game in laughing at the new tri in their effort to sustain themselves as pvpers by gate camping. I think I would put more trust in Smashkills ability to PVP right now. Does this mean CVA would curb stomp you now, even more than before?

TRI has probably lost 150 of their their top 300 pvpers. It's not exactly the end of the world I think. Also, I don't see how people leaving TRI affects roadkill's ability (or lack thereof) to PVP at all. I will chuckle when I think that TRI has 1300 people in it with about 200 of those who have even the slightest clue what they are doing in PVP. -----

My guess is they are all going to look after themselves for the time being and get as much pew pew in as possible ... time will tell what happens. -----

If you're going on all time killboard stats then no **, the killboard has been around a lot longer than both SPA and O** were in TRI. I understand that it was 3 of the smaller corps that left, but it's still ~250-300 less active pvping accounts - even in an alliance of TRI's size, that's going to be noticable. Of course, the one thing that the corps that left didn't really bring much of was capitals and supercaps, so doubtful that you'll notice a reduced size capital fleet

You didn't notice the people who were continually high up on the killboard (in the non fail setups) for the past few months? You'll get much more accurate killboard stats if you actually look at numbers month by month for the past 5-6 months and average them. I think you'd see a different story then just 'all time kills'...
