Take a look at this one: Pandora Xei.
Amarr character (36m sp) flying exclusively caldari ships, very focused training on missiles, caldari spaceships and jamming.
Strong in PVP stats, high PER and WIL.
Also fairly strong in PVE with good probing skills for exploration / hunting down safespots and 3.9m in learning skills for faster learning.

As per in game deal made I have agreed to sell myself for 14.5 Billion ISK, ISK will go to DoGiSpHeRe
