Don't know why. I did pay for another account a few days ago and everything was just fine. But today it doesn't work. I haven't changed anything since that. The same card, the same data, the same computer and like. Any advises what I should do with this?

I had t he same issue (on another site) and that was because i exceeded my limit :) I got back from holiday where i payed a lot with visa and when i got back and wanted to buy something from the inet, my card got refused cause i firs had to pay my bill. Perhaps that could be wrong? You could try buying a GTC from another site, if that site also refuses your card than you should contact your CC compamy. if they accept, you should petition it with CCP

My card is ok, I checked it in bank. I mean it's ok as to money. But it obviously isn't ok for the billing system. Crap.

If you have a paypal account, try to see if you can transfer a small amount, like 1$ to your account from your credit card. If that works, petition it with CCP cause then it's a problem for CCP, if that doesn't work, call your bank

It's a known issue. Your ISP must be obscuring your IP address in some way that conflicts with the subscription form's fraud protection. Use the menu to your left (My petitions) to create a petition for billing and accounts so they can clear that issue for your account specifically. Should get you sorted within a week.

Within a week is kinda too long I'd say. Is this issue permanent or I'll be able to try again later?
And I tried with paypal. My card was accepted.

Permanent unless CCP revises its security policy. IP aliassing seems to be a thing more and more ISP's use, so they are unlikely to change it unless you paid extra for a fixed IP address.
Otherwise the only way to fix it is trough this billing petition. Mind you, it took me a week to fix, your experience may be different. Once solved it should work at least until you change providers.

Too many people confuse "Waah, I didn't get my own way" with 'poor customer service'.
