Great HAC alt. Has the ability to fly Muninn and Vagabond's very well. Less than 3 weeks from being able to effectively fly HICs. Also has adequate BS / BC skills. Comes with 4 +3 implants (no charisma), and will be settled in high sec space. Sec status = .3 , and has access to L4 agents, with 6.5+ effective standing to Republic Fleet. 30000+ LP already accumulated. Any questions either post here on contact via evemail ingame. Attributes are high enough to spec to your taste pretty quickly, and training to adv learning skills 4 would help even further:
Intelligence: 16
Perception: 22
Charisma: 10
Willpower: 15
Memory: 18
Character does not have much in the way of assets, and it's all in empire. It was only in one corp, and briefly. No isk will be included with the character. I will pay the transfer fee per CCP's policy.
Starting bid: 600m isk
Minimum increments: 100m isk
Closing Date: 05/01/08 12:30 EVE time
Reserve: Hidden for now
Buyout: I will listen to offers for a buyout, if you wish to do so please let your intent be known via this thread and contact me ingame.
Sniper rule is in effect.
