A few questions to divert from the current moaning about the server being limited.
I've just been re-reading the above chronicle and started wondering if there were any corporations that focused particularly on ore thievery?
Also, are there any plans from CCP to introduce tracking bugs like mentioned along with the 'black ops' frigates?
Would be great to plant bugs on an enemies ship and be able to bring up a screen similar to the 'show corpmates in space' option.
Please no flames about the how ore theifing is an exploit as judging by this article it is a prefectly legit (not the best term since it is robbery but...) and planned profession route.

There used to be a corp called Red Neck Rampage in Minmatar space that used to be ore theives. Though everyone who wans anyone declared war on them so they could shoot them if they came for them so it didn't seem to last long.
I don't think there is anything wrong with ore theiving in particular. The only problem I have is that it has no risk at all as people use alt characters in an npc corp with basic clones with no way of knowing who the main character is. At least Red Neck Rampage used their main characters and were in a corp you could declare war on and accepted the risk so they had some courage. Others are just cowards.

Ah, so it has been done.
My respect to Red Neck Rampage then, I was actually thinking on forming such a corp should there be enough interest. Main chars ONLY.
Also, if such a corp were to gain some respect it would have to avoid just flying up and stealing the ore. I was thinking more of destroying any ships in the area (but not podding) before stealing the ore.
That article was great inspiration.

Corp 1 is the corp that I lost a Cruiser too last nite, they jumped me in a 0.4 system while I was getting setup, lost a Vexor, they all seem to be Ex Killer Clowns people, all the 0.4-0.3 system within 20 jumps of me are patroled by these "People."
I managed to Warp my Blackbird out and save my pod as well.
When I warned people in local that there were gankers some people recognised Corp 1 and let me know who they are.
Everyone said they were a pk corp.
After they got me they did not get anyone else because everyone would warp out if they got close.
My best revenge is that they got bored.
They said that 0.0 space is boring because there is not any traffic.
If I can't find a solution to this I am going to have to drop my subs.
I am going to think it thru and see if I can find a way to solo mine because I really don't want to join any of the corps I have run into so far.
