And someone needs to engage brain before posting (like there aren't enough threads already).
It would be fine even if the servers is down a week if this means a good fast server for the next year.

The last few days they have been upgrading to make sure we have more stability on TQ....
We all cant expect 23/7 running of EVE without any upgrades...
just it back and have a few days off.
it will solve alot of our problems, and is very much needed.

The EULA give no commitment to how much uptime there will or won't be.
There is a dev blog posted explaing the recent troubles.
People have been doing their jobs, hence the new hardware, and some of them have probably been up all night working on this.
I'm online and playing
(oh, and quit moaning)

Dude, i dont @ú$@Ç care about the treads, its the issue that they dont give no info what so ever whats going on atm and when it could be expeckted to be up and running. That info should be given in loginscreen. No1 shouyld have to seartch forum or whatever to get a damm answer.

Dude, it IS in the ingame news. And if you want more info you read the dev-blog.
And why the **** do you start another thread if you don't care about threads?

This doesnt mean u cant inform paying customers when you have problems as soon as u detect them, the downtime today was "extended" by 1 hr without anything on their webbie or ingame browser, as a matter of fact both forums and ingame browser was down as well, so a word on the webbie would have saved them alot of threads here and a lot of whining elsewhere, just my 2p....
didnt even have to finish my post before this was posted

Edited by: Capt Silk on 24/04/2004 19:03:09 Oh for chri... OK, let's look at this:
$14.95 a month, that's about: .498 cents a day, which is about: .02076 cents an hour
So, would you like your refund for .08304 cents? Mind, you have to pay shipping and handling for it, so in the end you'd owe CPP like $1.23. QUIT WHINING. Computer systems need maintenance. Sh*t happens, you are a big boy, deal with it. If you expect everything you want to work all the time, then life is going to be very very painful.
