I am looking for a < 6 Million SP starting character. Would like balanced or low charisma stats. Learning skills are a must. Either post on here with a link to stats or shoot me an evemail. I'm willing to pay 100mil/1milSP up to 600mil.

The learning skills and various other skills you request plus the unavoidable +3 implants would be worth around 100 mil ISK to start with, more or less.
The 20$ needed for character transfer would be worth at least another 400 mil.
A character with 6 mil SP must be at least 3 months active, if not longer, so that's another 400 mil right there.
NOBODY will offer you such a character under 900 mil, unless they're really desperate.
If you would offer 1 bil, you MIGHT start finding people, but even then it's not really certain (and a long wait).
Just so you know.

ahh thats not true, some noob might be willing to sell him his first char (one that didn't get learning skills for atleast a month, is entirely unspecialized, and has like 6 mil skill points but like 140 sklls trained to it :p lol)
never be so sure. :)

anyway this char is for sale but asking 900M which is still well below the standard 200m per 1mSP, excellent starter char

A throw away character or new character would have been great.
