This if not corrected will have a dramatic im[pact on weather i continue to pay to play or not. One of the reasons i continued to play even though im only paying for the privalage to beta test was due to how well you folks managed to stop the mass cheating...
after running into this site IMHO something need to be done.

It probably would have been a good idea to censor the site name 
You should email CCP directly. I'll bet ISK that most of that site is BS, but best to make them aware in any case.

Look - first, take a chill pill.
These sort of sites are two a penny. Promise the world - offer bugger all. They are in no way affiliated with EVE ONline. If you look at their sections you can see immediately that the EVE Online section has a typo in it - it should read "EVE Online *beeep* "..is an afilliatiion of (blah blah blah).
Its a cheap ass site trying to sound big so muppets send em real cash for top cheats such as supplying you a pdf version of the strategy guide for the game with the copyrighted images cut out.
(I know - we've sued similar sites/groups for doing just that)
wouldnt let it worry you.

i censored the name of the site, no good idea to give that crappy site more visitors. if you se sites that offers cheats you can always report them to CCP

That's a good one. First, on what do you base this assumption? The US Constitution?
first of all, CCP is based in Iceland, so the Constitution doesn't apply.
Second, you have to see where this site is based, which could be anywhere.
Third, it's illegal to offer ways to ***** or interfer with copyrighted material, which this game is.
I'd go on with all the many reasons CCP can sue them, but there's far too many to list.

ok for you that just want to flame and treat others like they have no brain here is somthing for you to concider.... most of the replies are from small minded people, think about the big picture not who they are affileated with ( you obviouly didnt read all of the post so sit back and STFU )
if even 1 person has the ability to ctd other players and that info is comming from that site ccp has a legal obligation to its customers to put a stop to it due to the simple fact it is a denial of service attack and is an international crime in most places... not to mention with as many ctd's as i have had it is possible ( and imho probable ). and yes i did send the info to ccp directly. but no i am not going to pay 19.95 just to find out for them.. but it is definatly something that should be looked into.

CTD'ing players:
Fact. I can tell you right now that CTD'ing people was possible a long time ago by using specific modeules and such on your ship (a sound issue, you could disable the sound to not crash though). CCP even said what mods to not use in its news posting. Old news. And its fixed - and has been for many many months.
The 'secrets to jamming' is probally the guide that eve-i has. Just a guess, but that is/was (out of date now I believe) the best guide on jamming.
If you believe the "Eve Online is an affiliation of *beeep* " statement, you need to get a clue.
If you honestly think that this site alone will make eve unplayable to you... you need to put your computer back in its box and return it (or burn it, your choice).
*Any* online game (heck, most games period) has sites like this one that say they can teach you to dupe/hack/exploit/ect. And 99.99% of them are pure bull.

yes - but how to make Players CTD is known trik - thougt it got fixed few patches ago ... (and it dont always work but it had something to do whit bugged code when activating modules)
abaut how to stop ppls to warp away or secrets of jamming - one word: EW 
also missile chaining stop person warpping away by knocking alligment...
