welcome back the most annoying bug ive seen in eve.
the story so far.....
travaling on 2 mwds, every gate 1 mwd turns its-self off. when warping from gate cap reading on diogram (round thing in middle) and readout on screen in numbers shows zero cap drain for the activation of warp drive 4 a 60au jump.
exting warp and trying to fire both mwds shows the "offline req 95% cap to restart msg" despite both being active at the last gate and both on screen readouts showing 100% cap.
seems that theres 2 bugs there- 1 turnin off a mwd every gate the other just like the old cap bug was.
i member this bug to well from the last time, im sure it annoyed lots of others as well, any1 else had this yet???

Yup I get this on ~ a weekly basis. tbh I have given up on ccp ever caring or fixing it. It's just our imagination no such bug exists etc.

If you can reproduce this bug, use the log server(see here how)and make a bug report. A decent bug report is more usefull then just saying it doesn't work.

I've only seen the "offline req 95% cap to restart msg" bug once. And repackaging the item in question sorted it out no problem. Think it was because I fitted the module to fitting, from my cargohold or something.
The official cap bug thingy. I've only seen the opposite effect, where it drains more than it should. But it's suttle and sorts it's self out when I dock.

heh, a few days ago I had just moved my new Moa into .4 space to hunt NPC's. I got out and there were 2 x 6k and 1 x 8k. I thought, no sweat this is easy. But, my EM hardener would not activate, no warnings, my Medium Shield Booster gave me the 95% activation thing... I killed the pirates, but lost 25% shield ****ing around with my moduals... I finnally got the 95% to activate the Shield booster, but when I ran it, it LOWERED my shields by about .4%. I docked, unfitted and refitted everything, and then it worked. I learned that, at least for a while, I need to check all equipment everytime I undock...

I found exactly the same problem.
Discovered that when fitting said MWD's or whatever, when they first come online, take them offline and put them back online again, worked for me.
