Buy it from someone who recieved it in the Amarr Championship. This line of elite ships is not publically in circulation.

the amarr champoinship will only happen again if they decide to kil the current amarr emperor somehow
not gonna happen, so no real way to get one
unless you have oh? a few bilion isk in loose change

Yes.. some nublar idiot took it for a drive appearently and
used it for mining in 0.0, got killed by m0o  .
