 i found it
well a mixed fleet was on its way back from killing a carrier and we where already at the outgate ready to jump out. this wyvern pilot is or better was very often in lxq but i just thought oh hag take a look what he is doing and warp to his pos. and there he is anchoring a cynofield jammer way outside the shield. so i brought my scout into position and we warped onto the wyvern.
was a long fight we tried to bump him and block his way back to the shield, many of us got desynced and at the end his front was already touching the shields on my screen so we all overloaded our guns to squeeeze out more dps and did the job.
was a great fight and lots of fun (atleast for us)

1) I scouted him about 5 minutes earlier by warping to the POS in my zealot and he was inside the shields, so he must have known we were watching
2) He then proceeded to leave the shields while we are still sat in system to go and put ammo in the guns?
3) Not only failing by doing that, but failing at setting up the POS to by having it fire on agression :P |
