Ok, I havent seen one of these come up for some months now so I think it would be cool to get some of us together, I am proposing that we all meet on Saturday, May 9th, 2008 @ 7PM.
The bar is named 1020. It is on the corner of 110th and Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan.

The drinks are relatively cheap, and it is a very lax bar.
Alternatively if you guys are in the mood for bar food as well I propose:
Jake's Dilemma @ 430 Amsterdam Avenue. Cross street is between 81st and 80th streets.

I don't think I can make Balticon, so this could be cool. I know nothing about where to doc^H^H^H drink in NY so I'll leave that to you  . I'll edit this if/when i have a definite "yes."

I want it to but the response is low lol, I at least know that a few friends of mine in my corp will come. But as for the rest of the NYC playing crowd, I need response to make this official. |

So like i said in the first post, it is open to suggestion, I just started with those because they are places I know. I just live near Columbia but go to Baruch. So any suggestions for a bar downtown, you New York players are slackers.

Hey this idea sounds good. A bunch of Eve players and alcohol. Ive yet to meet anyone who plays Eve in New York. Theres bars and lounges all over the city, just gotta know how much you're willing to spend. Big what up from Brooklyn.

Would be interested in something. Since this has been tried and failed numerous times, maybe instead of a major weekend event, how about a Thu night happy hour. I am in North NJ, but would head in if there was interest.
Even if a few met for a couple of beers it might be worth it.
If there is enough North NJ interest, I would be game somewhere out here.

Ive contemplated going to many of these.
The train to get there is about $200 so nix that though.
I would drive up there, but I love my car too much and would never ever ever take it into the city.
