The laminated 'get out of Jita free' card should be a bonus for every EVE Store order. The fine print should read; 'also cover laundry, dishes, vacuuming, walking the dog and dinner with inlaws.' |

My hard working Caldari State keychain from 3 years ago fell off and died this past week.  Odd thing is, I only ever played a Caldari character for about a month, most people just assumed that it had something to do with my last name.

I currently own the red Minmatar TShirt. The quality is absoultely fantastic and I have no issues washing it (just turn it inside out: free tip).
Some of the ideas here are great. Some things I would enjoy purchasing would be:
1. dog tags
2. Belt buckles
3. Sew on patches
Now my online complaint about anything to do with EVE Online's physical merchandise. I am in Canada. I am sure EVE has many North American players. When my shirt arrived, already having paid the shipping charge posted on the site, the delivery company wanted another $30 fee. I was outraged. I actually had to fight on the phone with their customer service for a good hour before it was finally waived, and I was flagged to not use the courier again. 
CCP, please figure out a way to get merchandise to your North American customers without the inflated costs please.
PS. Oddly, my purchase of the EVE novel did not incur this additional cost, so perhaps it's merchandise specific.
