I remember arguing with Dianabolic/DaFuzz years ago about BOB crossing lines out of game which ran the potential for real life consequences. Hers's one interpretation of the UK's Computer Misuse Act 1990, and how Section 1 (ie upto 6 months imprisonment) could apply to some things that people view as acceptable in this game.

Ok so what is MC's next move?

1.Surrender and beg for mercy - unlikely to be accepted by Bob due to MC lack of humility on COAD.
2.Failure cascade - Probably favoured by some MC leaders so they can slip assets into there own hangers
3.Counter attack û Possible but where? TPAR, L5D, C3N. For how long. Is that your version of mercenaries?

Either way, me got popcorn and coke and occasionally drop them to smack you, Ghaelsto, on CAOD because your bitterness pleases me. I like being pleased.
