I wish I knew CCP's true stance on all things LowSec and whether it's working as intended or not.
I wish I knew CCP's true stance on all things HiSec and whether it's working as intended or not, partiicularly in regards to (yet another spam topic) Insurance.
CCP's true stance on Local (if for no other reason than to finally stop the thread spam concerning this topic) and whether it's working as intended or not. Also, insert related 3rd party lamewhere decisions here.
I wish I knew CCP's true stance on the HORDES of Macro-Miners/Rattters/Missioners and how many, if any, get banned. Also, how many there actually are and where the worst ones operate.
I don't really expect a reply, but it would certainly be nice. Cheers.

I seriously doubt the CCP hoards the so-called "Macro users". Why would they do that? They actively oppose them and ban their accounts, hoarding them would serve exactly the opposite goal.

Once you got their info box up, click on the Show Contracts button. What makes them obvious is the hand off contracts. Like 100 juggernaught torps for 1.2 bil, or 2 Hammerhead 1s for 700mil, etc.
If you want to figure out their locations, just look at the contract histories to see where they usually make them.
As to your "do they ever get banned" question; It took me about 15 minutes of going through histories to accrue the above list, tying them together by looking for the pass off contracts to find the next one. And that started by just checking out a 'suspicious' looking CNR in local. During that, I found only one that gave an error when I tried to show contracts, presumably char doesn't exist anymore. Quite a few of the rest have been at it for a year plus.
Who knows. Maybe they aren't isk sellers. Maybe it's some alliances hisec fund drive... 
But whatever they are, they're making a good portion of thier isk selling stuff to normal players. Kind of ironic if they are isk sellers. Using regular players to fund their isk selling biz. The next Dread Gurista Invul or CNR you buy may end up getting someone down line's wallet set negative.

macroers are so easy to spot that we don't mine our buy ice for our POSes.
We steal it from macroers.
We get a hauler kill every so often, too, when they're dumb enough to try to steal it back.
If CCP really doesn't know about macroers and what systems macroers operate in, they need to learn to use the map interface. It's really that easy. I can name a dozen systems off the top of my head full of macroers most of the day, every day. I can even tell you when shift change occurs in Taiwan (and most of these guys are Taiwanese, because they speak Cantonese instead of Mandarin, which I know because of the really horrible things I've been called in Cantonese for stealing "their" ice).
It would take a semi-competent GM about an hour to ban about a hundred macroers from any of the high sec ice field systems, just by asking for a response from "xyjjvjv" or "Askance Pursue" or "Constant Follow" and waiting for them to jet can ice or undock/grab ice/dock without responding.

Horde = A large group.
Hoard = To keep a large amount of.

Yeah but the point in my sig was that 40 and 80km MODULES were promised when the idea was originally hatched, yet they still sit in the database unavailable  .
At least the Maruader is a step in the right direction.
