Hi all.
Here i have a loadout of my Drake, running lvl3 with it. I can't use Tech II Items yet for shield n' stuff.
Any ideas to improve this loadout ? I won't get below 60% Shield in most missions like Tech Secrets and stuff.

drop all shield power relays...
fit 2 best named shield power relays and in other 2 slots, 2 best named ballistic control units
basically.... all t1 change to best named... or named... depends how much isk you have

no offence ur drake setup sucked, you want...
7 x HML + 1 x wildcard (whatever can fit/u want)
2 x invulns, 3 x LSE 1 x shield recharger
4 x SPR
drones: mission/player specific
rigs = 3 x CDFP ( core defence field purgers)
t2 everything where possible,
you will need good cap skills 2 perma run hardeners adn good fitting skills 2 fit, but all these skills are basics so u shud have em

Way too much shield recharge mods and not enough resistances.

For Lvl 3's you don't need to tank that much damage so I would add a bit of damage to the mix to get through them faster, try this fitting:
Highs: 7xHML, 1xwhatever (tractor beam if you have the CPU/PG for it)
Mids: 3xLSE, 2xinvuln, 1xSR
Lows: 2xBCS, 2xSPR
Rigs: 3xPurger Rigs
Nice mix of tank and better damage to get through the missions faster.
