Im planning to do lvl4 missions, but what ship to choose? I can fly dominix with t2 drones (bs lvl4), can also fly vargur (t2 guns).
Was thinking about nightmare but shield tanker vs amarr maybye isnt too good idea?
Maybye apoc?
What do you recommend?

Nightmare is absolutely fantastic I've heard. Very strong DPS, very strong tank, very good cap, and awesome tracking to BBQ pretty much anything at decent range. Works with tachs or megapulse (go go scorch L).
The damage types are an issue but tbh you don't need a lot of tank to get by in lvl4s anyway if you have good aggro management. I only get like 700 dps out of my apoc (including drones! D: ) and it can tank only a little more than 400 dps and it's run every blood/sansha/drone mission I've come across successfully (I use best named beams with multifrequency, hits out to 37km, or 44km with a tracking computer)
Abaddon, Paladin are also very good.
IMHO to run missions with Amarr ships you need either t2 pulse lasers for Scorch (excellent damage, really stupidly good range) or have to be comfortable with using beams (more cap, harder fitting, worse damage, worse range).

Nightmare tanks just fine for amarr missions - in fact, its considered the best ship for running them. Of the ships you mentioned, its your best bet.

Paladin>Nightmare>Apoc>Rest
Asuming full T2 fit. Personally i use an apoc with good results. Turret ships are alot faster then a Dominix, even tho it can tank more.
Dont bother with the nightmare or the Paladin unless you can use a T2 fitting(guns mainly), pref faction hardners and tanks.
