I recently (a half hour ago) changed my API key, and now when I try to use Evemon, that character shows negative skillpoints, says (cached) and won't update. I reset my cache/settings and it still does the same thing. Any ideas?

I had something similar on one of my alts - it refused to update/load skills. If clearing the cache doesn't work (click the spinning circle icon near the top right) do the following:
1. On the start menu (assuming you are running Windows), select Run and type in "%appdata%" (minus the quotes, but make sure you have the % signs) and hit enter.
2. Delete the EveMon folder from inside the explorer window that opens up.
This WILL remove all of your entries in Evemon - all characters, plans etc. But it should allow you to reload your character afresh.
Hope this helps.

Thank you. That was exactly what I needed. Much appreciation for both of your replies.
