a bit of advice.. the reason for the low bid wasn't meant as an insult, it has more to do with the lack of supporting skills and spaceship skills that would need to be purchased in order to better spec the char. id say 1 bil is a fair bid but that would be only because the minmatar spaceship skills are all level 5.
*note i do not bid 1 bil, im only offering advice*

I agree. it is nice to see the ship skills trained well, but it does little when you don't have the support skills to go with them. you don't even have large turrets trained to fit the battleship 5 you have trained. you also do not have any form of a tank in either shield or armour trained on this character. I am not trying to be rude but that is what people are looking for in characters. this is a great starter character with some of the annoying skills trained and out of the way.
half of the skills you are advertising as at level 5 pretty much come at level 5 when you make a new character (depending on the route you take)
contact me in game if you wish to lower you min. bid and perhaps we can work something out.
