can you confirm what time this auction ends eve-time? is there a sniper rule?
also, does the char have positive wallet/sec status?

I haven't done an auction in a while, forgot about sniping.
Sniping rule of 2 hours.
Character has 0.0 sec status and a positive wallet.
Auction would be ending at 10 game time. Which is 6 hours ahead of 4pm Central :)
