How long does the frozen corpse have killrights on meh?

They don't get kill rights if you destroy their pod, only their ship i believe.

In CCP speak "Note: no kill rights are given for being pod-killed." means having killright one someone doesn't mean you can pod them. Yeah it's incredibely badly worden.
To the OP, 30 days.
And for the recordn you get killrights eachtime you get destroyed unlawfuly without defending yourself, by fighting back you forfeit your killrights. Pods can't defend themselves so if you get podded unlawfuly you get killrights.
