Can anyone else confirm this? I have tried everything possible to correct this, but continue to have problems. The client does not launch when updated to 54006 (sisi).
I receive this in the console:

Mac test patch (patched freshly downloaded EVE client (53162 -> 54006)) does not allow to run eve test client at all for me. It opens and immediately closes without any error messages and rest.

It should be under Applications - Utilities - Console
I am having the same problem, but Eve is reporting this for me:

Ok thanks for console thing. Interesting thing i've noticed. If i luchn live client - it says the following:
8:02:00 tgUpdate[169] tgUpdate:INIT (0x0) 8:02:00 tgUpdate[169] tgUpd:init 8:02:00 tgUpdate[169] Error 70000001 8:02:00 tgUpdate[169] tgUpdate:DEALLOC (0x0) 8:02:00 tgUpdate[169] Launching "/Applications/EVE Online.app/Contents/MacOS/cider" -psn & 8:02:01 cider[171] Error reading affiliate.plist:The file ôaffiliate.plistö does not exist. 8:02:01 [0x0-0x1c01c].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[169] 2008-05-03 08:02:01.076 cider[171:10b] Error reading affiliate.plist:The file ôaffiliate.plistö does not exist. 8:02:01 [0x0-0x1c01c].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[169] Could not stat /Applications/EVE Online.app/Contents/Resources/transgaming/f_drive (No such file or directory), ignoring drive F: 8:02:01 [0x0-0x1c01c].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[169] Could not stat /Applications/EVE Online.app/Contents/Resources/transgaming/f_drive (No such file or directory), ignoring drive F: 8:02:01 com.apple.launchd[107] ([0x0-0x1c01c].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[169]) Stray process with PGID equal to this dead job: PID 174 PPID 171 cider 8:02:01 com.apple.launchd[107] ([0x0-0x1c01c].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[169]) Stray process with PGID equal to this dead job: PID 171 PPID 1 cider
But it runs normally. For patched test client i get:
8:09:10 tgUpdate[183] tgUpdate:INIT (0x0) 8:09:10 tgUpdate[183] tgUpd:init 8:09:10 tgUpdate[183] Error 70000001 8:09:10 tgUpdate[183] tgUpdate:DEALLOC (0x0) 8:09:10 tgUpdate[183] Launching "/Volumes/Primary/TEVE/EVE Online.app/Contents/MacOS/cider" -psn & 8:09:11 cider[185] Error reading affiliate.plist:The file ôaffiliate.plistö does not exist. 8:09:11 [0x0-0x22022].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[183] 2008-05-03 08:09:11.087 cider[185:10b] Error reading affiliate.plist:The file ôaffiliate.plistö does not exist. 8:09:11 [0x0-0x22022].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[183] Could not stat /Volumes/Primary/TEVE/EVE Online.app/Contents/Resources/transgaming/f_drive (No such file or directory), ignoring drive F: 8:09:11 [0x0-0x22022].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[183] Could not stat /Volumes/Primary/TEVE/EVE Online.app/Contents/Resources/transgaming/f_drive (No such file or directory), ignoring drive F: 8:09:11 com.apple.launchd[107] ([0x0-0x22022].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[183]) Stray process with PGID equal to this dead job: PID 188 PPID 185 cider 8:09:11 com.apple.launchd[107] ([0x0-0x22022].com.transgaming.EVEOnline[183]) Stray process with PGID equal to this dead job: PID 185 PPID 1 cider

OK.
After i researched a bit. When patcher starts patching Eve client, at ~50% of progress, console outputs couple of hundred permission errors: "8:19:54 iPatcher[1128] permission error"
