Firstly Titans:
1) Give them a fitting bonus and range bonus to warp disruption field generators, like heavy interdictors, except with 10 minute module activation time and 100km sphere range
2) Boost doomsday damage by 33% but a doomsday can only be fired if the Titan has no shield or armor and less than 50% structure remaining
The first point allows for tactical use of Titans on the battlefield as supertanked heavy interdictors, with the penalty that they must commit for 10 minutes.
The second point makes doomsdays more powerful, but rare, while still allowing some measure of safety for the Titan pilot - a weapon of last resort. Multiple titans are no longer an advantage, tactically, as they would blow each other up, if an alliance wanted to exploit this.
Secondly nanoships:
The problem is not individual modules, but the lack of stacking between multiple modules/rigs. How to easily fix this without ruining ships like the vagabond.
Add additional "counter" attributes to speed modules as follows. I shall only concern myself with metalevel 5 for the discussion, but it can be scaled accordingly.
Nanofibers II get a fixed 7.5% agility penalty Inertia Stabilizer II get a -10% speed penalty Overdrive II get a 7.5% mass penalty
Similar attributes are applied to rigs with appropriate ratios.
The numbers can be tweaked, but * it makes still useful nanofibers for reducing mass (useful for mass intensive operations such as jump bridging and warping) * overdrives for faster non-mwd speed, such as orbiting * inertia stabilizers for fast aligning but for less overall speed

So titans are just a larger Mobile Warp Distuptor with no additional functionality? Let's be honest, a LMD II is basically sufficient for everything and nobody is going to lose a titan so they can maybe fire off 1 DD. With lag the titan is almost sure to die if it gets below 50% structure.

Also, the Titan's doomday is considerably more powerful in the above proposal (33% stronger, or better), and capacitor constraints would also, of course, be removed.

Is the way to win a battle for some alliance is to multiple doomsday the battlefield, then we'll see... Structure tanked titans! I know it seems stupid this way, but titans have really huge amount of hull, with a damage control, il resists 60%, and filling other slots with reinforced bulkheads makes sure that they won't blow up each other with multiple DD.
Now what, they could be blown up after? well, I'm unsure of this. they would all field a shield and structure tanks and have carriers/MS/logistics repairing them after the multiple doomsday activation (warping from a 10000km away spot already aligned). And people blowing them? Do I have to remind you that they are supposed to have won this battle? At least against all the non-capital ships, and carriers/dreads could already be crippled and would maybe retreat.
This isn't fixing things, only requiring a bit of support and every titan to go for a weir structure and shield tank. -- Pocket drone carriers (tm) enthousiast !

what about titans * if they doomsday near a jumpbridge cyno jammer etc the bridge/jammer gets offlined for 30 mins say more or less its an idea
Nanos * hard limit for ships with exceptions 1000m/s for Battleships , 3000m/s for cruisers etc etc cept things like the Vagabond which get double or something
dont nerf titans they already suck as it is and nerfing moduals unbalances other ones

I really like the idea of a 100km or 200km bubble so that it is pretty much forces a slug fest fight. When fleet numbers get above 50, dictors and hictors just instantly melt and BSs easily MWD out of bubbles. Forcing fights = good.
The rest of your ideas are pretty meh. Titan DD in structure only is pretty lawls. Quick guys before we hotdrop our titan we all need to shoot at it for 20 minutes!

Here's a better idea. Give all nanoships a DDD. Make Titan base speed 5000 m/s.
I'd be happy to test this on Test btw.

Ok.
Your enemy has three titans. You can:
1. tank a couple HICs to withstand double DD (we got Oort that way, remember ?), evade the first DD, tackle the titan, tank the second and third and bring in a cyno for your dreads.
2. Split your fleet in two, evade first DD, tackle titan. Send in first half, and try to evade second and third DD (if only one DD's you could tank it with your BS, if two DD you've got half a fleet in backup.
3. make sure there's no three titans in your target system.
Most of the DD's fitred in Eve MISS their targets.
Oh, i kow what you'e going to say. Those three or mroe titans also have a huge support fleet of caps and subcaps with them. My scheme will not work then.

ok, i have read way to many of this "nerf Doomsday" threads
Here is a simple fix
Doomsday Cooldown Switch from 1 hour to 1 day, But increase Damage by ~30% so you cant tank it in anything less then a capital
Then you make it so each solar system has a coutdown timer so only 1 doomsday can go off in a single system per hour. As far as story line goes say "the titan doomsday rips a hole in subspace and the system needs 1 hour to recover"
That fixes Titan blobs and makes it less useful to have more then 1 in system and it fixes the DDD it self so you have to make a life or death tactical decision... Do i risk the titan for 10 mins on its own and sacrifice a Doomsday i cant use for another day And no other titan can help me for an hour or not.

Look. Fact of the matter is that on only ONE occasion in Eve history so far has a strategic attack been foiled by a number of titans of 5 or greater. In all those other systems that have changed hands in the last months things went down, even when the same multiple titan defense was possible.
If they're so damn overpowered, then why don't we see 5+ MM titans covering INSRG v MM combat. Why didn't we see 5+ RA titans cover goon and RA pos (not even the dysprosium moons BoB took from RA resulted in RA bringing titans).
Want the answer ?
YOU (partly) control wether or not those titans get a chance to be there to DD you or not.

I believe many Titans these days actually do not fit tanks, but fitted and rigged for high agility.
Some minmatar titans also have officer battleship MWDs and snake implants to reach speeds in excess of 1000 m/s unwebblable. to avoid interdictors.
This is another reason why both these mechanics are interrelated.

1/ If system is cyno jammed DD cannot be fired, and i dont mean cycling it i mean system has to have no cyno jammer for 24 hours to make DD work, and you cannot online a cyno jammer if a DD has ben fired in 24 hrs.
2/ Make Titans easier to build so everone can have them, ie. they can be built without having sov.
