Is there any way to safely execute combat drills with other corp members in safe space without being attacked by concord? It would be nice to be able to try out different ships/fittings, general combat practice without having to worry about other ships entering into the fray and killing us off while we already have weakened defenses.
And on another note (completely off-topic).. why is it taking so long for my portrait to appear on these forums? I've been playing Eve for 3 weeks. I have friends whos portrait appeared before they even finished the 10 day trail.

You may freely shoot your corpmates in ANY system in ANY empire without intervention from Concord. Try not to do it at a station or at a gate. If you cause splash damage to either, you will pay the ultimate price :)
Fire at will otherwise. |

Not that I doubt you, but can anyone 2nd this answer or send me a link to an official statement saying this? I know some people that play Eve are sadistic enough to get some pleasure out of knowing they caused a newb to get executed by Concord ;) No offense intended Ivellious :)

he's correct, i've tested ship setups all over empire with no police/sentry intervention.

If you're still in doubt, then go to an 0.4 system.
I know for DEFINITE you can attack Corp mates in asteroid belts and at stations without any NPCs (Sentries or otherwise) ruining your day.

Just dont use torps as they sit admiring a jump gate!!!
