The next line of Battleships off the yards, Marshal class battleships. Yeah, as in field marshal. These tier 3, Tech II, battleships bring total combat customization to the solar conflicts that many factions have been missing for far too long.
Conflaburation Modules: Finding exactly the role for a tier 3, tech II, battleship has puzzled many designers and engineers across the New Eden and many departments have shelved many great ship modifications because while the idea was great, it wasn't perfect. After a panel involving pilots from across the empires and outlying power figures a team of independant researchers discovered that there was no fixed idea of what a tier 3 tech II battle ship should be. Developing this uncertainty the researchers devised an idea to make the jack-of-all ship that could both support a fleet in a traditional role, and still provide a specialised function for its value.
After understanding the components used in many ships the researchers built prototypes of Conflaburation modules that reconfigured a ships power grid and CPU to focus on a particular role of fleet use.
Marshal Battleships: Taking the tier 3 battleships from each of the 4 main races of New Eden the researchers began their work to fundamentally change fleet roles and enhance pilot influence on how their vessel would operate. Like all tech II versions the ships resistances are boosted, and each ship has 1 more middle slot. In order to mount the Conflaburation modules each ship had a weapon mount removed (1 turret and 1 missile). Cargo capacity was also increased by 25% as extra space was found in most vessels once particular systems were removed that would be adopted by the Conflaburation modules.

While it's easy to see you've put a lot of work into your idea, I'd have to say it wouldn't fit in the EVE universe. It's too much of a jack-of-all-trades.
