Nah, Whoever gets the ISK won't use it to buy a secure can anyway, so sooner or later I'll get the cash back
But it's a genuine offer. I'll even rename the award something that's self deprecating, if it makes me laugh. Open mainly to newbs but if anyone else has a suggestion and I adopt it, I'll send the ISK to a newb they nominate.

I'm sure many Eve-radio junkies will be happy to nominate Tenaj as the "person least able to install IRC", or possibly "person least able to follow a simple set of instruction"
Would Da Reaper or others care to second those nominations?
