No other skills needed except exhumers V, preferably minimal sp. May be willing to trade a caldari falcon pilot who is approaching command ships, if you have two exhumer V alts. might even consider two exhumer IV alts. No ships needed just exhumers V/IV.

Yes because character scamming is permanant and CCP does everything in it's power to get the scammer banned and the the scamee restored back to what it was. Same for ETC scamming, why would I do that.
