seriously, what happened to the shuttle prices in lonetrek? few month ago it was 5K per shuttle, now you get people selling them for 16K isk and more?
how has that happened???

Shuttles were sold by NPCs, these sell orders were removed, so all shuttles on market are player-built. Demand/offer now dictates their price, not NPCs.

Quickshot you noob you could of just asked me in game, no wonder you were going on about making and selling shuttles when i logged on. You missed the most profitable period though when shuttles would sell for 100k! |

Only 100k? I personally sold several at 500k and there were plenty in the millions.

psht,,, at 16k per shuttle, you're looking at something like 200 isk per minute :/

My beef is that you can't make or haul shuttles fast enough, especially in low sec.

Shuttle BPOs are cheap, and very easy to move.
Move the BPO to a manufacturing location, keep a standing order for tritanium, and sell at a markup.
I am tired of the whining. It's not that damn hard. |

Thank you, I was about to say the same thing - Why are people whining about moving shuttles when you can buy a BPO and move it in a shuttle.
Hell I've PE/ME Shuttle BPOs and I wouldn't cry if I lost them all in a single ship. |

Thank you, I was about to say the same thing - Why are people whining about moving shuttles when you can buy a BPO and move it in a shuttle.

In the places I live, half or more of the stations don't have factories. But yes, I do the shuttle BPO plus trit thing. It's inadequate.

If it is inadequate for supply, move more BPOs in and produce more shuttles. If you're running at full production capacity and you still can't fill demand, raise the prices because you're obviously selling below what the market will support.
If you need to fill stations that don't have any factories, jack up the prices by a lot. If people are willing to pay 1m for a shuttle when they could go one jump to a factory station and get one, take advantage of that. If they aren't, you won't have to move shuttles around as frequently.
If you personally use so many shuttles that you are constantly having difficulty finding shuttles on the market, maybe it's time to look into a different ship. Remember: You can leave your ship in a station and fly around in a capsule. You can also get free rookie ships any time you want.
You shouldn't have to be told how to do this. |
