- This character is now in the CEO role. SonOfAGhost (main) character has been returned to MMTAR.
- Dividends of 363 isk/share have been paid, this is in the neighbourhood of 2% of NAV
- We're about 1/2 way through the first week of yet another wardec. A cruiser, frigate and pod were lost in the first couple days. Since then we've had no contact or communication with the 17 man corp that decced our 300+ alliance.
- While Ricdic added defenses to the POS since our first war, I've approximately tripled what he deployed despite currently having 2 less POS anchored.
- Corp standings have been increased as they had dropped to low to allow us to anchor in high-sec.
- As mentioned in the earlier thread, the corp has a significant amount of debt to myself for seeding it with fuel to get things going again. The dividends paid out were after buying additional fuel from corp funds and represent an operating profit since operations resumed. As such I anticipate being able to (gradually) repay the kick-start funds while still maintaining dividends at the same level or higher. |

- WAR! (again)  . Chaos From Order this time around. We'll see if they get bored with a bunch of alts that generally have no reason to undock even when not at war as quickly as all the previous wardecs.
- Dividends of 503 isk/share have been paid. Around 3% of NAV
- We now have our first active tenant client in the corp and will be looking to fill the other empty hangars as well.
- C-R-A has re-launched one of the towers that was taken down in a different system due to high demand. Once the war has ended the other tower that was removed will also be re-launched at a new location.
- Both of the re-launches will be faction towers to save on fuel costs, I'd like to eventually replace the non-faction towers but am in no rush to spend that much time anchoring/unanchoring.
- Zzz has another new franchisee and now has a presence in all 4 empires though the bulk of our operations remain in the same area.

- Dividends of 200 isk/share paid.
- A bit slower this month in terms of tower occupancy but alliance is growing better. New corps joining almost daily, had 10 in 1 day last week.
- A couple more franchisee towers have gone up (our oldest expanded and 1 new member).
- With the recent franchise expansions the alliance should be able to attract even more clients with the convenience. Other than MMTAR's tower in Heimatar all the others had been within a few jumps of each other in Gallente space. Now we have several franchisees in Caldari space, 1 in Tash Murkon and 1 in Metropolis.

I should probably point out that although the Direrie tower is in the same region as most of the main Zzz towers, it's actually about 18 jumps away from them unless you go through Rancer/Crielere 
At the moment, I'm primarily looking to take on people who want to book their own labs and do research within House of Marbles, including copying, invention & POS-based production. Having said this, I've made some alliance slots available at the new tower in Liekuri, with the option to add more if demand justifies it.

- Looks like I missed posting to this thread last month. Dividends were 200 isk/share then and 400 isk/share now.
- Another tower has been upgraded using a borrowed faction tower. Making arrangements to do 2 others soon.
- steady flow of new clients but not really a corresponding increase in occupancy, will probably do another purge of inactives in the next month or two as alliance fees are climbing again.
- doing some research for hire to augment revenues from slot rentals

- Paid out 125 isk/share, more to follow within a few days as I catch up on my billing
- The last couple months have seen a few for-hire research contracts adding to dividends, totalling about 65 mil. Starting this month and over the next couple (as I make deliveries) we have a new client totalling 700 mil.
- New clients continue to join the alliance at a steady pace. We've had a couple franhisee's pull out, however I also have received expressions of interest from a couple others that I've yet to finalize arrangements with.
- Off to work now, will be updating this post once I make the 2nd part of this month's dividend payment.

Once again I apologize for not remembering to update this thread last month. I find myself once again advising of two dividends at once, as well as another wardec.
414 isk/share was paid out on November 10th
800 isk/share was paid out on December 3rd
Currently mid-way through a wardec from Failed Diplomacy, all 27 of them. So far it's the usual snooze-fest you'd expect from a bunch of alts that don't undock even when there isn't a war I know it wasn't planned that way, but more and more, our alliance name seems appropriate. Victory through boring them to death.
