Now, I don't think that suicide ganking should be banned completely, but there definately need to be (more severe) consequences to that criminal act. Flying billions afk in a crappy hauler should still be fair game to suicide gankers, but miners, tanked non-afk haulers and missionrunners should be able to go on their business unmolested.
There will probably always be PVP in high-sec, but that doesn't mean it should be as easy and without meaningful consequence as it is now.

What is your stance on ambulation? Do you think it would reduce suicide ganks in high sec if we had virtual coffee shops in stations? You know, peace out and all that. Duuuuuuuuuuuude!

Not much I can say of that as there hardly is any info known besides that we can play poker.
I personally don't think I'll make any use of it. Well maybe if I get a room I can furnish. And set up a shop to sell clothes and start a fashion line. Yeah. Or something.

Congratulations on great 3rd result in CSM election, Ms Councillor!
Well, now, when election is over, its worth to reorganize this part of forum for more convenient work with people and their suggestions. Idea is to make issues of players more Council-oriented, classify them, prevent them from sinking to ...teen page of propositions without any reaction of devs. Also you would use voting there to estimate relevance of particular issues.
Certainly, the work of representative can take a lot of time, it need to think about compensation in some form, e.g. through ISK donations from players, or another funds. So it need to agree with CCP rules of donation system to avoid EULA violation.
