To all Amarrians, Ammatars and people of faith.
For over a hundred years, the Ammatar Mandate has struggled to reach glory. Its citizens have fought to prove themselves worthy to God and Empire. Like the Ni-Kunnis, Udorians, and many other former enslaved races have done in the past. It is time to expand that illustrious crowd.
We welcome all Matari citizens, loyal to the Mandate. We also welcome Pro-Amarr loyalists that are able and willing to look past old judgements and racial issues. You are also welcome to assist in this endeavor. We will thus accept pilots of both Amarrian and Ammatar (Minmatar) origins. Our focus will however always be on the Ammatar pilots, as per the charter and our orders from the Imperial Navy Command.
We are a sister organisation to 1st Praetorian Guard, and members of the Vigilia Valeria Alliance. Amarr Victor!

What we expect:
Amarr and Minmatar bloodlines only. For Minmatar, BIO must describe Amarr/Ammatar allegiance.
RP-PvP: we firmly believe that PvP should be an integral part of RP and vice versa. Members are expected to know the Amarr background and to be willing to roleplay an Amarrian character in EVE. Roleplaying is an integral part of this corp!
Willingness to PvP. We have extensive Empire wars going and will align with the Amarr faction once Factional warfare is introduced. We are always at war.
With the exception of barges and shuttles we only fly Amarrian and Khanid ships.
Willingness to contribute to the corp - we are not looking for solo players.
What we do:
We excel at small to mid sized combat operations, hunting enemies and targets of opportunities. Sometimes we set up "mini RP events" with our enemies. We have mutual declared wars, and other terms of conduct besides those set by Concord - Rules of Engagements (RoE). We fight everywhere, in Empire, in Amarr space, the Ammatar Mandate and beyond, into unsecure space along the borders.
We don't expect too much from our players, EVE is for fun. Acquiring funds, the skills and ships you need to serve the Empire is basically your own responsibility, although we naturally assist newer players, and each other, when needed. We usually supply Tech I equipment and Frigates and Cruisers to those that need it. We have a 0% tax rate.
We also freely share bad advice, and good friendship. We sometimes run agent missions together, and other joint tasks we feel like doing.
You need at least a skill level of 3 in "RL English", voice communications (Ventrilo) is essential and required. We only accept people from the EU time zones for now.

It seems war if coming. There are rumours about an "Amarrian militia" being formed, for POD licensed pilots. If so, Legio Ammatar will join and serve the Empire.
