Right, I'm giving away two lab slots. Yep - giving away. One in Umokka, one in Malkalen (both secure systems in the Lonetrek region of Caldari space). I've not been playing long, but have been fortunate to find a number of slots and I don't need them all, so they are going to other starting players who need a step up to help them along.
The catch? You have to be a relatively new player to ask for one - that means you have to have between 14 days and 3 months membership of a starting Corp only (which I will check in game). The minimum 14 days is to help prevent experienced characters creating an alt just to grab these slots.
The other catch? None. I'll choose from the posts here after a day or so asking to be considered and eve-mail them to arrange a time they can meet me so I can un-rent the slot and they can rent it immediately. That's it. And if I find some more, I'll do the same.
What do I want out of it? Nothing. If you, or anybody sponsoring you feel like paying me, either now, or some time down the line when you are rich, or have a spare goodie, great. But I'm not going to moan if you don't. This is purely a helping hand until the lab slot system gets sorted out. I know they can sell for 5 million+ each and buy me an implant, but all that is doing is preventing budding players getting on the production ladder and enjoying part of the game. Hey, if you pass them on to other new players sometime down the line, that'd be great too.

I started two days ago, so I think your criteria rule me out as a possible recipient. I'm not even aware what one of those things does.
Just wanted to say I think it's a nice gesture on your part. The community for this game is a refreshing breeze after the slap in the face that was Lineage 2.

I fit your time criteria, but me and my mates started a Corp with our savings, so we don't fit that :)
I'd also like to say that this is a nice gesture - I don't know what they do quite yet, but am aware of how frickin' rare they are, since I look wherever I can for future use - and probably what made me feel welcome in EVE; random help from strangers :)
I've already started doing my share as well (am mentoring and lending financial support to an even more newbie), and encourage everyone to do the same.

I believe i meet your criterium too. My corp started about 2 weeks (max) ago.
And I can throw in a LiF Fueled I Booster (worth 1.5m) but thats about all I can give at the moment :)

I could give you a 1600mm howitzer cannon bpc I think it was 1500 runs or 5000 I can't do anything with it since I don't have a Bs only a crusier a BB

WellI started about4 days ago and I dont know what a lab slot is but it sounds like it would be nice to have one :). Anyway if I dont get it that is no problem. Thank you helping new players :)

I`m surprised you are not inundated with replies...maybe it is because a lot of people don`t know how to research stuff!
Research:
1/ to increase the Material efficiency of goods (use less minerals)
2/ to increase Production efficiency (less time needed to build)
3/ to increase ability/efficiency of making copies of Blueprints
You can only research BlueprintsOriginals(BPO), but NOT Blueprint Copies (BPC)

I'm a member of a new corp that's only been in existence for a few weeks (I'VE only been in existence for a few weeks )
The corp name is Mithril Masters Security Corp and we are desparately in need of a lab slot. We would love to have this one and would appreciate it greatly.

Update for everyone:
I'm a bit surprised I haven't had hundreds of replies - maybe they are getting less rare out there!
Anyway, I'm not sure I made it clear, but I was going to only offer slots to those people still in their starting corps (i.e. State War Academy or whatever), but it seems like people didn't read it like that and think you needed to be in a new corps for between 14 days and 3 months.
Don't panic though, that is just as cool - I won't exclude people in new corps, as long as their total play time is in that range. I'm just making sure readers are clear that they don't have to be members of player corps to apply - I'm a lone ranger still in my NPC corp, and quite happy to stay like that for the time being!
The good news is I have yet another slot in Umokka, so there's 3 to be given away now. I'll leave it probably until Friday to decide, so apply away!
Oh - there's really no need to make any offers here for slots of anything, it won't affect the choice. Mind you, I fancy fitting that 100Mb named AB to my cruiser to see how fast it goes  I'm also quite amazed that newish players have battleship loot  I must be doing something wrong... (as he picks up yet another 75mm railgun I)

I would like to add my name to the list of really wanting the research spot in Umokka..since my base is there :)
I have been playing for around 2 weeks..and find that the manufaction part of the game is fun :)
I would really like to see and try the research part also..but as many I am unable to find any free research spots :(

I've been in for a couple of weeks (17 days maybe) and am still in my noob corp :) I'd like to put my name up for it. I can spare some cruiser loot if you want it but most people don't :D

I have been ingame for two-weeks. Myself and several other squadmates from another game have come over and are thinking about starting a new corporation. (We are Still saving for the 1.5million incorporation fee.) We are all still with our orginal NPC corps. I am currently located in the Lonetrek region and would love to take one off of your hands.
