Sounds like a good idea however I think this thread might do better in the Sell Orders forum  (mods move it perhaps?)
Judging by the good work OP has done with his previous corp I am sure he will do great with this as well.

 Vicrum has been a long time friend since i have been in game. That said I had no hesitation taking him up on his offer to take my 44 person base corp to 1100. Once the money was paid it was done in a mater of minutes.
He is up front, honest, and a creative business man for coming up with this GREAT idea.
And for all you worry warts Vicrum would never scam, it is beneath him.

FINALLY AN HONEST PLAYER!
If your out there and your reading this and you're even just a bit interested you need to talk to Vic, this was well worth the ISK.
As a CEO I cant put a value on my time, every minute makes a difference!

Let me start off by saying that I don't endorse ANYBODY in this game EVER. I'm to paranoid of scams after having been burned recently. And for those that know me and the channels I hang out in I'm the first to tell spammers and scammers to shine it on.
That being said.
This dude is the real deal.
He says what he does and more importantly he does what he says.
I'm allready all over the place training this thing up then switching to that thing and oh wait theres the other I gotta train etc etc etc... the last thing I wanted to do was train up all my corp management crap. Now theres no need.
For a fee this guy will come in and set you up right. Whether it be mega corp status or Alliance creation or hell both. I fully intend to use him in the near future for Alliance creation.
It's nice to see somebody actually not trying to get over on his fellow players.

GREAT SERVICE
He did a great job in no time and he was there to deliver the services he offer.
I do recomand his service 100%.
In no time he made 17 jumps, applied to the corp once he was made the CEO he did the boosting and quite post and the old CEO was back to work.
