One would be the ability to do what you like to do, another would be doing what you like to do and being good at what you do Best would be doing what you like to do while working towards higher standards continuously. The universe of New Eden knows a wide variety of professions, each of which can be branched into several small categories. In our case, we like to shoot people. More ideally, we shoot people for a cause. More specifically, we shoot people while enjoying the comfort of having our goods shipped to us, lessening the time, effort and risks of having to travel large distances to replace a lost ship. There is a lot more involved behind the scenes when it comes to PvP. Good corporations and alliances distinguish themselves by their leadership, who together ensure that you are able to perform as good as your potential allows you to be. Whether it be our FC's that lead you through every crusade, making short work of hostile incursions while plotting the scheme that will eventually allow you to build up your wallet, with which you can buy better equipment, increasing the overall quality of the group and thereby increasing the odds of success. Be it your CEO and directors who listen to your needs and desires, who do their best at linking resources and opportunities so that they may hopefully be able to grant your wishes, and who clarify the steps that need to be taken in the future for you. Be it your fellow corp-mate whose guns helps defend the resources that we all need to sustain ourselves, whose freighter helps everybody stock up on the necessary equipment, whose dreadnought makes short work of hostile POSes, carving the way for new resources. Who helps bringing in the fuel so that other corp members can jump around, defending or moving assets. Who mans the guns of a starbase to repel attackers. Whose leadership specialties grant significant boosts to your ship, whose interdictor pins down the hostile fleet so that you can blast away at them, or make your retreat safely. Every good corporation needs competent pilots that are willing to do their share of work to improve themselves, and each other. The FC's are second to none, and the alliance-wide organisation produces quality fight after fight. We started out as a small scale merc corp in the mids of empire, were we learned loads of things about empire warfare and shutting down corps even though they have save places to go. After These 2/3 awsome months we found out that lowsec gave us an opertunity to enjoy the risky part of pvp being blobs ganks eware etc, we learned how to build up gangs and started to fly schips to compensate eatch other witch gave us some verry nice stats :). Now the last few months have been ground shaking for us, we moved our way from empire into the nice part of space witch we call 0.0 , in here we found our selfes in the presence of UNAT of witch we planed to prove ourselfs to be part of this great yet small alliance.
