I'm not a fanboy. I just fail to understand going out and spending that much money on something thats not even half as powerful as my PC. Lets not forget that most console games these days are also on the PC, and if they arn't now they will be in a month or two. As far as exclusives they never really interest me.
Because it is much easier to pick up by someone who isn't computer savvy and have an almost* (about 98%) complete guarantee that the game will work on that console.
*The random game developer who wasn't arsed to test their FPS (Frames Per Second) before selling it to their costumers.

Benefit of PC gaming are
*Countless Titles (Any game that was out on ps1, n64, ps2, are all on pc.
*Countless amount of Extensions of all shape and sizes. You can even get an xbox style pad if you wish, you are not stuck with anything in particular (Customizable keyboards)
*Alt tab to do something else at anytime.
*Being able to use Team speak while playing, instead of in game voice.
*Better Graphics, yes really. & More customizable.
*Consoles don't really come with keyboards for communication, you have to buy them separate.
*Internet price is different and you re not stuck with a high monthly bill.
*You can run 2 or more games at the same time.
*You can play eve-online
*No one will Turn off the tv while you are playing just to watch the news.
*Cheaper.
list is endless tbh.
As much as I hate defending the consoles...
*Find me where I can play SSB, L:OOT, and Starfox 64 on my PC.
*Consoles don't really come with keyboards for communication, they come with a my-crow-phone so u can speech 2 ppl.
*50$ a year? Less than what Eve charges.
*If someone tries to change channels while you're playing, tell them to stuff it or wait their turn.
