I just noticed that the only difference between the shiny new birthday shuttle and the old boring vanilla shuttles, is the sensor strength.
The Apoth has all 4 kinds of sensors, with 10 in strength on each. Does this mean that any racial jammer will work, and 1 successfull jam is all it takes? Or would you need to jam all 4 of them? |

I've heard that the sensor strength this is to do with its high-libido. Very, very agressive when it comes to the bedroom.

only difference is it's sensors as stated and the fact that it's a lot bigger than the other shuttles.

I don't know for sure but my best guess is you can jam it - on all bands, but it has a strength of 10. But, it doesn't really matter; what's the point in locking someone in a shuttle, and how is target-jamming going to hurt you? ____________________

Edited by: Dominious on 07/05/2008 14:58:46 Does it matter if it's easier to jam? What exactly are you planning to do with a locked target on a shuttle? Shoot spitballs?

well it could be used to stop a falcon from cloaking - Violence isn't the answer, it is the question. The answer is yes. |

The sensor strength is great because it's a faction shuttle, used to assign templars, and amarr fighter used by carriers, although they dont tank very well. ------ PVP in EvE is consentual, you agree to it when you login.

I could've sworn the one I sat in, for 10 seconds, had zero scan resolution. Might have to hike back to it and recheck that.

I was allready wondering that, what would be the point of jamming a shuttle in the first place? mebbe when it has fighters delegated to it. (please keep ur 'it's a templar..' remarks to yourselves btw ) _______________________________________________________ CCP, let us pay the online shop with Direct Debit!!!

Theoretically ?
You have to jam ALL sensors. Most ships only have one sensor type set to non-zero, so every jammer will jam those "other three" with 100% chance. So yeah, the Apotheosis has an EXTREMELY powerful sensor system.
Theoretically.
