I prefer a mammoth for the job. I had mine set up with dual reppers, dual webs, warpscram, powered it all with dual cap boosters (you can carry obscene amounts of cap 150s to run it all) did the job admirably. Used to use it to *****slap macro miners until they abandoned my usual stomping grounds, works equally well for can flipping. I forget the exact setup, havent used it in a while and too lazy to log on to check atm

sigil is the best in my opinion for price-effectiveness. 400mm plate, 2x EANM II, DC II, and whatever else for tank. then your preferred hi-slot lo-slot combo. i usually use a small TII laser, a small smartbomb, and maybe a nos or neut.
if you have alot of money laying around, you DEFINETELY want a mammoth. you can get a 400-500 dps tank on a mammoth with only TII, but runs in a 50-90m price tag.(passive shield tanked mammoth can tank sentry fire ^_^)
badger mark II might also be a good choice for a mid-slot active-tank.

I have an aux thruster rig and 2x low friction nozzle rigs left over from a previous incarnation, havent bothered to swap em out tho I been thinking of some combination of armor rigs.
