Why a Tristan? It's slow, and heavy. Couldn't you fit 3xmwd on a incursus which is both lighter and faster.

Try a Vigil, that would probably be the best one to try. Or a Stilleto or Claw, do either of those have 3 mid slots?

Tnx for the ideas, i have some ships to retreive. Its going to take a while, I got them on scanner about 1.2mill km away. i wish i had a interceptor but im still 2 weeks away from caldari ones.

1 mwd 1mn on A Crow makes for 4.5km/sec sustainable all day long....
I will have to check on what three can do ....

Just tested 3 x 1mn on the Crow and got a straight line cap draining :
176000 m/s or 176km/s dash to freedom.....
but thats all three mid slots used....
1 mn in is fine for me ...wanted a ship to fly not a missle. I leave that to DR Strangelove..

Something which is fun to try is 2x10mw AB's.
can only do it on 3 ships as you need to fit 3xMicro Aux power cores.
tristan, punisher, kesral. on my tristan I can get about 8km's but this is sustained & can run it, for so long. Also you don't get the cap hit as with mwd. |

If you need to go 1.2 million km, just quit now. I have a ship that will maintain 28 km/sec and with that speed it would take over 12 hours.
