Originally by: Ariko Gunaris No one disputes the quality and competency of CVA has declined substantially.
I haven't seen any signs of that.
Quote:
No one disputes CVA knowingly engages in piracy.
I dispute that, they're more anti-pirate than any other organization I know of, and I know a lot.
Quote:
And certainly no one disputes the relationship between CVA and cretins such as Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate, and their previous leader Tyrrax Thorrk, who, by the way, was involved with CVA far prior to the existence of Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate.
CVA and IAC are allies, and always have been, my personal relationship with CVA has sometimes been good, sometimes not so good.
Quote:
Tyrrax Thorrk, of course, was also involved in the assasination of a high Amarrian official, not only ago, with her compatriot, Hamish.
Grand Master Elata Ardo, was not a high amarrian official, he was the leader of the cult of the Tetrimon. Hamish is my slave and was not involved in that particular killing, which btw was authorized and requested by a prominent member of the Theology Council.
Quote:
Yet CVA knowingly provided her with billions in material support and continues to do so.
CVA has never provided material support, either to myself or to IAC, unless you mean in 2004 when Aralis loaned me 100 million ISK to purchase the gold magnate, a loan which I promptly repaid and had nothing to do with CVA. They have obviously provided military support, but well that's what allies do for each other.

Interesting. Watch this:
My Gallente friend, a sum of 104.3 billion isk was given to Ariko Gunaris knowingly by Ushra'Khan for the completion of unscrupulous and devious deeds against an innocent alliance.
Hah. That's my proof. So there.
See how that works, or am I talking way over your head? Your allegations come completely without any sort of proof (and in a lot of cases completely without any relevance.)

If so, then: Yes, I flatly dismiss that we wanted to take it due to it's ability to process ore. Project Deliverance has as it's ultimate purpose to reclaim Providence for the Empire. We would have taken that garden of filth even if it's only purpose was to litter the spacelanes with just one more worthless rustbucket.
I believe that even Ushra Khan would implicitly agree with this point as one of their prime objectives in moving to Providence all those years ago was to deny us our noble goal.
As for using Ushra Khan as a means to an end, I am truly sorry to admit that we have no ability to do such. During their years of Amarrian tutelage some of the Minmatar creed learned to appreciate valor and determination - unfortunately their rebellion, while ultimately doomed, has put many of them beyond our sphere of influence. The pilots of the Ushra Khan are one such group.
Ushra Khan fight on for their delusional ideals, thus condemning an untold number of Minmatar souls to both life and death without experiencing the light of GOD. The sooner we can bring the Minmatar back into the fold the better. The best that could happen for Ushra Khan is them dying alone and forgotten along with that lightless ideal they call "Freedom".
Q: How do you make a disobediant Minmatar slave scream? A: Skin it and roll it in salt. |

As a strong Gallente national, I oppose the fact that one of my people would stoop so low as to judge another race such as the Amarr by Gallente standards. We Gallente are a myriad of culture, belief, and outlooks, however to undermine an alliance that obviously seeks to make an otherwise lawless and dangerous region of space safe for capsuleers of all races is unjust and does not represent Gallentean values in a proper light. If you think for a moment that our own people do not have a vested interest in what is happening here, think again. I myself utilize CVA territory quite often, and have seen no evidence of treachery on their part. I also work very closely with the FIO and although we may disagree on the aspects of slavery, that is not all the Amarr, nor CVA stand for. We stand on the brink of war the likes of which may not have ever been seen in New Eden, please do not muddy the situation further by smearing our good name against people who have done nothing against us.
If you are looking to aid those in need against deciet and lies, turn to our Matari cousins, the recent sabotage that occured there would be a much more productive target for your efforts.

I been exploring culture in Providence for about three or more months now. I can testify that the claims made by the OP are delusional.
Furthermore, CVA owns the space in Providence, they have a right to shoot anyone they dam well please.

Greetings pod pilots!
I was directed to this GalNet post by a news lead submitted by a pod pilot. There are several serious allegations made against CVA both in the news lead and in this post.
The current evidence appears to be hearsay and innuendo. If anyone has any substantiated proof of these allegations, for or against, please contact me immediately. Anonymity will be will be honored if so requested.
I can also be reached at [email protected] for lengthier transmissions or attachments.
Thank you!

And considering the tune of the OP, Ariko, if you had any ¿confessions¿or real information that could actually do some real damage, Im fairly sure you would have leaked at least some by now...... as it is ur goal to see CVA fall. I cant think of many things that cause an alliance to crumble as much as internal leaks and traitors.

i do agree that "inflatable house" has little style.
However, i think "fort freedom" would be suitable for ushra'khans third, not yet build outpost.
Its not a too bad name, eventhough until today - a station with that name has not existed.
UNITY station was a shining beacon of light and hope for freedom seekers and fighters for a glorious period of time.
ultimately it failed to achieve one thing, minmatar unity.
perhaps it is really better to call it fort freedom, what it failed in uniting - it gained in providing freedom, at least for a little while.
we have succsessfully delayed the CVA advancement to that part of providence long enough to evacuate the planetary population that wanted to leave in fear to be enslaved.
it served a purpouse.

Perhaps it is time I respond here myself.
I am a Gallente who has done nothing more than follow his own vision of what he wanted to be. That path has taken me from drone space to the Gurista's strongholds and now into the core of providence. From joining Expeditionary force oneàto Wolfpack delta. And from there to Paxton Industries I have charted my own course doing what it took to survive.
From the moment I entered providence space I found not fear but strength. I found not arrogance but courage. It is exuded by many of its inhabitants including those belonging to the CVA. While I am not a direct part of their group as the Paxton Federation is its own entity I have worked and at times fought side by side with the CVA. I can flat out say fools garbage is just that: Garbage. While I may not agree with the laws and political standings of the Amaar people; CVA has remained true to its beliefs and that I respect above all. Should the day come my brethren go to war they will find me on the only side that has ever mattered to me. Mine. May they choose wisely for their choices will determine if I heed their drums of war.
To Ariko Gunaris: Go elsewhere. You will find no sanctuary here fool. Your corporation name is proof of your intent regardless. Guising yourself as a supposed government entity of our people is below any one with the balls to stand on his own two feet.

It is not the weak that conquer and enslave, but rather those with the strength to overcome those that do not wish to be conquered and enslaved.
Surely those in our care would not be there if the Amarr were weak. If the Amarr are weak, and yet the Minmatar are still enslaved, one must therefore assume that those currently in our care do not wish to be free. If they did, surely they would have overpowered us weaklings and absconded by now.
If you are saying that we keep our slaves weaker than us (this being perhaps your reason for why they have not freed themselves) then how, praytell, can they be the source of our strength?

Interesting. So slavery is just, then? So long as, in your opinion, the person deserves it? For if you thought it inhumane and unjust, surely you would not wish it on another. That would be hypocrisy, would it not?
Not only are you advocating slavery for those you personally feel are deserving, but also you are advocating keeping them in the most unsanitary of conditions.

I have been a proud resident of CVA controlled space for several months now, and in following my Caldari heritage I have gained much from this haven of space. Ammar are our friends and should be accepted with open arms, and no Gallente worm should be allowed to judge them. The Gallente have too much blood on their hands to begin with, those pests of our noble State. So has to the opener, I say to you: "How dare you accuse these Brethren of shooting "innocent civilians" when the innocent blood your people shed during the Great War still stains your head. The blood of our fallen civilians and soldiers cries out from the barren earth of our homeworld and from the wrecks of our ships.Even our souls cannot rest in peace while our planet is in the clutches of your "Federation". Pah! I spit on its name. Before you judge these Ammar, I'd see you fall on your knees and repent of your sins. If anyone is a heretic, it is YOU! |

Although I am a dear friend to the CVA, I must protest your unseemly prejudice Tyler. You are arguing against racism with racism. I hold no ill toward the good Caldari people, and have made many efforts to stem the recent violence and even gone so far as attending the peace vigil at Caldari Prime and sending aid to the people still residing there. Generalizations about ones culture serve only to separate those who otherwise might call one another ally.
