If the mission is unfinished it will reset each downtime. For some missions like some Drone missions people will just let it stay alive then kill everything there each day and only end the mission just before it would go as failed.

works best when you have a number of agents going in the same general area.
some folks still mine the omber out of missions, right?
i'm currently farming enemies abound 5/5 just for the trit bars, tags, and sometimes quite nice loot. with only one agent going, though, it really puts a limit on my mission running time.
Which is a good thing, come to think of it.

How do you farm that one ? I seem to remember that the mission completes part way through the last deadspace pocket but I'm not sure what it is exactly.

Simple. Kill everything in the first room, salvage, kill everything in each of the next rooms, warp out, do not enter the gate to the last room. Salvage. Go home.
Every once in a while, you'll get a respawn in the second room. Once for me it was a 4.5 million isk overseer that dropped a True Sansha smartbomb and a True Sansha Tower bpo. ---- What part of "shorn't" do you not understand? |

Cool, didn't think that overseer would spawn if you didn't do the last pocket. Will give it a try. I tend to avoid the gurista side of things as that pocket is a bit toasty for my standard fit.
Overseer may be time related on this mish.

The overseer always shows up as I warp in to salvage. So it's really only a few minutes, maybe 15. ---- What part of "shorn't" do you not understand? |

So is the trick to this simply to not turn in the mission? or not complete the objective?

If you complete the mission objective, the mission won't respawn.
