Due to changes in irl which is going to massively affect how much I play, this character is now up for sale.

Note the Maxxed learning skills, and she is currently training up Caldari BS to V. She was initially started as a mission running alt to help fund the main's PvP. With the max learning skills however, it would take very little time to turn her into a PvP alt and be trained for covops/SB's.
Auction to run for 7 days. Ending Friday 16th 21:00 (Game time)
I confirm that I will pay the transfer fee.
Opening price 1.2 Billion isk.

hmm i was thinking of doing the same, offer the buyout but i just returned to the game so im not that old too. Why wont you sell to a new char. ?

Brand new chars with lots of Isk, it might be legit in that someone has started a second account so as to hold the char, but it could just as easily be a rip off. Not that I'm saying your not legit per se, but CCP advises against it, and as I dont really fancy losing 2Bil to a scammer when GM's claw the isk back....

Right then.
I have buyout requests from Rejari (Fobiah), Cousin Joel (I wont post his main here, but Joel, I'll want you to post with your main in short order please) and Downaps (I'll need your purchaser to also post if you'd be so kind?)
Which leaves me in something of quandry, if I was going to go by first notification then I'd take Cousin Joel's offer, but because of the bit of back and forth about character age's and what not, I dont know if thats entirely fair.
So I'm looking at one of two options here.
1: If everyone else is content, I'll take Cousin Joel's offer and thats that.
2: If folks feel that because of the earlier confusion, their own bid is as valid as Cousin Joel's (and I'm inclined to agree that it kinda is) we need a way to resolve it.
Which means either the three of you chat it out like gentlemen. (or the three of you have a frigate fight or summit, whatever works for you)
Or...
Or (and since this has to wait till I'm home Thursday night anyway) you all get one shot at sending an eve-mail to the main (Emrys Ap'Morgravaine) with an increased buy out offer (or, indeed, an eve-mail saying you retract your bid) and the highest offer gets the character.
So decide amongst the three of you what seems fair, and either all three of you post here your decisions, or mail me a bid (obviously not posting a bid, because that would be stupid as the next person will simply outbid, and edited entries are blazingly obvious) and I'll abide by whatever gets decided.

p.s. - if GM/CCP reckon this is wrong or owt, then lemme know, coz I cant think of a fairer way to do it.
p.p.s - I really hadnt foreseen this being so convoluted :)

might be prepared to offer a bit higher bid but im curious as to the sec status you dont mention it or kill rights?
btw your in game fee to eve mail you or contact is above normal thats why im not gonna eve mail you an offer

Thats a fair couple of questions.
1: No kill rights, either for or against.
2: Sec status, well you can query that easily enough in game, its not a negative though, if thats your concern. (I just checked, its 0.3)
3: (Additional) She has access to the Lvl 4 agent for Hyasyoda in Gekutami, and also the Lvl 4 agent for Sukuuvestaa in Sivala.
4: Yeah, sorry about the charge, I'll get that fixed just now :)
