Anyone know if Eve runs on a Apple Mac or if there is a version that runs on a Apple Mac?

Dont thinks so.
When i used to run macs there was a product called Connectix Virtual PC, which i used to use to run all sorts of windoze poo.
Think Microsoft bought connectix, and i believe its still available. ~~~~)\~~~~~\o/~~~~

hmm, Not quite sure how the filesystem on a mac would be able to handle some of the files, but im sure if you can get it to install, and have a piece of software that can mimick a windows client with direct x 9, then it should work.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Reason is I'm upgrading my i-mac to a G5 powermac.
Agreed Meow, people who slate Mac's have either never used one or haven't used one at what its best at. We would all be using Mac's if Apple had made a tiny decision years ago opposite to what they actually did. Far superior machine
Art work and any form of digital imagery is far far superior on a Mac, only thing that isn't really good at is games.

Edited by: Ari Kristinn on 29/04/2004 13:51:41 I agree Mac's are very good computers, and the only reason games arent good for them is that games are made market vise, i.e 95% of the world's gamers use PC ergo games are made for PC ergo gamers buy PC's, vicious circle ;)
But that doesnt change the fact that i hate apple like hell, damn that stupid multicolor apple :D
Disclaimer: never owned a Mac and dont intend to :) Never used drugs either but that doesnt mean im gonna try them just to find out if they're really as bad as everyone says =)))

WoW is going to have a Mac version.
Now you can imagine if this is an argument for WoW or against it. -- Stories: #1 --

Lot's of new games are lauching with MAC and linux versions as people start to use directX less, but CCP have gone down the MS only route (it's a bit less work) so a Mac verion is very unlikely unless it's through emulation.

I'd do the linux port for free for them. Could deinstall Windows then :-). -- Stories: #1 --
