I would respectfully like to ask CCP for a reversal on the decision to permaban my character, Rong Ray. I have petitioned several times, but so far have not heard a response. I have sent an email to customer support, but only got a standardized auto-reply back. I resubscribed to an old account, in hopes that by being a paying customer, my request would be taken seriously. So, a customer, and potential long term customer, is asking to continue to do business with you. The ball is in your court at this point. I am almost at the point of simply giving up. If you don't want my business, simply say so. However, I hope we can come to an mutually beneficial agreement. Thank you for your time.

It will lead to some of these things: 1. removal of this thread 2. Thread being locked, and you will be asked to wait patientely for answer 3. If you waive your rights CCP might do a public hanging of your banned character by stating why you got banned, and leave your current character to be a matter of laughing. CCP have done that 3 times for people waiving their rights publically and openly In any case, your petition wont be hurried up because of this thread. Most likely it will be slowed down because each time you re-petition your case its placed at the end of the petition queue. Good luck.. Oh. This thread DO really NOT belong on the forums. That's not generally a permaban issue... for you to get PERMAbanned for profanity, you must've done it A LOT and ignored a BUNCH of warnings. Should've just quit the pottymouth at warning one imo... Griff Philips	Posted - 2008.05.10 21:17:00 - [21] I got banned once for foul lanuage, but they don't perma ban you for the first time and according to a guy in game who got banned three times, you can get away with at least three temp bans before the perma ban. Sounds like you might be a little thick and didn't learn from your first bans.

I mean people have gotten a One Week, Two Wee, even a Month Ban for doing stupid stuff, like exploiting, or sharing an account, and stuff like that. However, for CCP to Permanently Ban a character would mean you either: a) Exploited one hell of a allot, even after being told to stop. b) Sold ISK, and/or CCP In Game Property, cause if you buy ISK CCP just puts you into Negative ISK. c) Was involved in outright hacking of an account of another player. (Pretty Damn Hard to prove). So, which one was it?

No, I did not exploit. No, I did not cuss out a GM (at least not to my knowledge). No, I did not hack. I said bad words. I called other players bad names. I argued about politics and religion and Eve. I was an overall jerk in chat on some occasions. I figured that people who didn't like my style of... debate... could simply block me. Plenty of people really enjoyed what I had to say. But certain people petitioned me over and over again, and some even got paid (or at least bragged about getting paid) to petition me.
