Just don't have time to play this character so looking at selling him off.

Also has a mix of other skills including mining and some industry. As a bonus also has a 6.34 standing with the Guristas so you can run level 4 missions out of their offices.
- Positive Wallet and 2.84 Security status
- 10.3 Mill is Spaceship Command
- Good for Hac's and Heavy Int's + BS from matar and gallente.
Nice Level 4 mission runner. Also has a Lvl 4 Datacore (mechanical engineering) job bringing in 89.9 SP per day.
Starting price is $4Billion.

4 bil is where I'm starting as a bear minimum rather than a buyout.
